The Shorewood Soccer League is an all-volunteer run, recreational, co-ed soccer league operating in Shorewood, IL. A member of Illinois Youth Soccer Association, the league has been in operation since 1982 with the objective of providing a quality coed recreational soccer experience for all participants.

We currently offer a Spring season - usually April and May - and a Fall season - usually September and October - with each season having eight weekly games. All children age 4 to 16 are welcome to play.

For Fall 2023 season- We have 6 divisions:

• U5 - Kids born in 2019
• U6 - Kids born in 2018
• U8 - Kids born in 2017 & 2016
• U10 - Kids born in 2015 & 2014
• U13 - Kids born in 2013, 2012 & 2011
• U16 - Kids born in 2010, 2009 & 2008

Your child will be placed in the proper division based on birth year.

A player does have the option to play in the next level higher division but CANNOT play a level lower than the division of their birth year. 

In the Spring season we have the Soccer Slam - our in-house tournament for U8 and up.  During our Fall season we have the Fall Classic - our All-Star Team games for U8, U10, and U13.
